Best Western Toni Inn Pigeon Forge

The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a very nice area, not far from the Parkway, Pigeon Forge and restaurants and activities. Booked a room with the jacuzzi.

I definitely want to stay in that area again, thoroughly enjoyed my best stay. The hotel is stunningly beautiful, reasonably priced based in an amazing building.

Clean and original hotel with unbeatable location close to restaurants and attractions, just what I needed. The rooms were updated with three queen beds, the staff were superfriendly. Appreciated the fact that check-in was quick;))

Had a good stay at the Best Western Hotel, everything was perfect. The room met my needs, well-appointed with three queen beds. I liked a great decor and nice furniture.

The place is impeccably clean, the room is air conditioned, the staff is helpful. Savoury breakfast, excellent service.

Everything was great, exceptional staff, marvellous location really close to restaurants, Dollywood and Dixie Stampede. The hotel room was spotless on the second floor. I appreciated cookies, cereals, fruit, toast and hot waffles for breakfast, which was included.

Loved our stay, had great 1 day overall. It offered a tasty continental breakfast with hot food. The service was great, the personnel was always superbly friendly and we had an easy check-in.

Ideal hotel, it offers excellent services and prime location short walk to Gatlinburg as well as beautiful pigeon forge. We do recommend this accommodation, thanks a lot for a very good stay.

Location: the hotel was right by an amazing Mexican restaurant and Pigeon Forge and all the attractions. Also, Dolly Parton's Stampede was situated on the doorstep.

Many things to mention - everything was clean, outstanding food, perfect views. Also, I appreciated how easy the location was. Late check-out was useful.

The breakfast was good hot, the room was non-smoking and beautiful, we loved it. Pleasant view, a great balcony, nice bed, too.

It's fine base for visiting some must see attractions in Pigeon Forge.

We would return anytime as we had a very very good time and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Comfortable bedrooms and clean pool. Late check out too. Moreover it has great wifi to surf the net etc.

Fabulous stuff, comfy beds and fresh breakfast. And it also had magnificent view. This hotel was set in a pet-friendly area. I really enjoyed a fabulous restaurant with a Mexican menu.

All good — I greatly enjoyed my stay — food was great and my bed was large. 15 min walk to the heart of Pigeon Forge. They had a quick check-in too.

Everything there were great, including cleanfacilities. Great service, delicious breakfast.

Efficient staff, ideal location, good bed. Comfortable bedroom with a particularly good bathroom. Location close to various attractions, an amazing Mexican restaurant and the trolley stop. I appreciated hot beverages at Marble Slab Creamery. Amazing pool to relax in too.

Always THOROUGH staff, decent location, delightful rooms. They made my stay outstanding. Fancy view of sea. The breakfast selections were complimentary, I appreciated fresh bread and eggs. Pleasant lobby.

The breakfast was QUICK with eggs and bread, the bed was lovely. Irish bar was excellent and tidy. I loved non-smoking room with terrace, microwave and coffee. The staff, who carry out amazing service, was funny.

It was friendly hotel and we had a fantastic stay. The location was best possible ; the staff was extremely accommodating ; the room was great. Our room had a fine bed and an awesome view.

I will come back, this place exceeded high expectations. Updated room, exceptionally comfortable beds and reasonably large bathroom. The restaurant is small.

The bathroom was huge and the staff was patient. We got airconditioned and decent room. Spectacular location to Dixie Stampede.
